Tips for using google drive in the classroom

For those who don't use it- Google Drive is a fantastic tool for digitally savvy teachers. It is free, has desktop publishing features that rival the MS or MAC suite- Read and Write extension that is great for struggling students. It will allow students to create unique user names with their own folders of documents- they can collaborate or work independantly on these documents and the teacher can view, edit, mark or make suggestions online at any time. It can revolutionise a teacher's workflow.

Here is a great article from an educators blog about 'new' features in google drive that help teachers.
